Hover a stream to spotlight a channel. Circles on a stream mark where it is genuinely different from the rest.
What’s holding a post back? Compared only with your other posts on the same channel: how many views it should get, where it leaks, and what fixing that would be worth.
Same data as the flow, as a grid. Color appears only where a channel is genuinely different (strong = solid, watch = light); everything else stays plain.
A gap only counts if it is big enough to matter and too big to be luck. For each step (“of everyone at A, how many reached B?”) a channel is compared with all the other channels combined, and a post with the other posts on its own channel.
Many comparisons are made at once, so a lone “worth watching” can still be luck; outliers are held to the stricter bar for that reason. A statistical outlier tells you where to look, not why.
